Right on beach. But my room had no bathroom door and people walking by looking in my room while using toilet was embarrassing. No bottled water available. Crups coffee makers in rooms but no coffee. I come here yearly so I hope this gets rectified.

The location was superb. We didnt do the breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfortable had a vintage 60s feel , but was clean and comfortable!

Right on the beach with beautiful views and the sound of the waves. Evening and morning walks, watch the surfers, birds, waves, build a sand castle. The view is spectacular.

Location great, room smelled old and musty. For being on the beach sand is expected but the rooms are not equipped for that. Rooms in bad need of updating

Brush teeth and wash with bottles of water. High levels of lead in water. Old and run down rooms. Horrible place with a great view.

Staff was really nice and helpful. We arrived late and our room was not ready when we came in. Staff gave us a second room immediately. Nice location.

The motel has a beautiful view, and the beach access is awesome, but the motel room was unclean and very outdated. I'm guessing it was expensive because of the ocean view, but I wish that the blankets didn't have gross spots on them and that everything was in better working order. There is a stick to put on the sliding glass door, and the doors/ locks didn't work well. I was traveling with children and didn't feel like it was a very safe place. I'd stay in a nicer hotel and visit the beach there next time. The beach was quite nice.

Lovely location on the ocean. Enjoyed sitting right outside our hotel door on the extensive deck looking at the ocean and watching the sunset. Walked the beach to a great restaurant for dinner. Nice room, basi and dated but super clean and roomy. Very friendly and happy staff!
